Hurdle

Hurdle is a light-weighted, portable barrier over which competitors jump during the hurdle races. The hurdle frame comprises of two vertical uprights (usually made of metallic alloys or fibers) on which a horizontal bar is kept. The horizontal bar is manufactured using PVC, Foam, or Fiber, to avoid any injury to the runner. The bar is not firmly attached to the frame because it may harm the runner in case of hitting the bar. The height of hurdle is adjustable according to the athletic events.
