A football is an inflated ball to be kicked in sport, generally made in Indian rubber, or a bladder encased in the Leather or synthetic leather with glossy and non-glossy finish PVC 3/4/5 ply hand stitched 32 panel.

Bladder (Latex or Butyl)

There are many variations of leather used in the production of soccer balls. These range from AI-2000, Japanese Cordley, Korean Ducksung, to PU and Polyvinyl Chloride(PVC). Best soccer balls employed in the competitions and used by professionals are produced by using AI-2000, Cordley, Ducksung or PU synthetic leather. Promotional soccer balls or practice balls are commonly constructed with Polyvinyl Chloride(PVC). Material thickness plays a pivotal role in the quality of hand-sewn soccer balls. Multiple layers of lining are placed between the cover and the bladder. These layers are composed of polyester or cotton. Professional soccer balls generally have four layers of lining, but the promotional or practice balls have less layers of lining.
